I work out of my basement at home. I am limited to working mostly weekends. However, this also allows me to charge the rates I do; I don't need to rent another location that will be a little more accommodating to "noise".
I don't charge by the hour, but by the song.
There are no time limitations on the recording of any songs.

*** Live Off The Floor / 1-day recording package ***
$125.00 - One Day (Maximum 6 hours, Maximum 6 songs) Come in for 12:00 noon, record drums, guitar and bass together. Record vocals after music is done. This package is for those who aren't concerned about "polished" recordings and want it RAW !! I don't tell you when you're out of tune, I won't over-produce it, I just record and mix it. Simple.

Although my focus is Punk music, I am willing to work with other sounds. I ask for patience as I may be fiddling with new experiences though.
It is my objective to be the studio that is known best in the Punk music scene. I want to produce the sound that identifies the South-Western Ontario area, and help to put us on the map.
